The word “Sports” fascinate to most of us. Even if we don’t actually do any sports, aspiration for sports is commonly visible by having word “SPORTS” engraved on the apparels, cars, utensils etc. Personally it’s difficult to digest the fact that SPORTS has just become a status symbol for us, which is accessible to all ???

They are sports companies (don’t want to mention their name but you should Google it and share in your comments ) with the tagline – “making sports accessible to all”

Is it really not accessible, in other words aspiration ?
We are doing sports from our ancient tradition when we don’t use to have the so called “Sports Brands”. One is doing sports while walking, running or any other physical exercise, which brings rhythm in one’s breathing. This inhale – exhale process coupled with sweating – is a cleansing process to keep oneself positively charged. Yoga and meditation (Surya Namaskar*) is another approach for the same, practiced from long many days in ancient India and believe me no sports brand is required to practice it.
We need to walk our talk by regularly practicing sports rather than just aspiring for it!

Have a sporty day!

Cheers,

Sachin
